About the Role
The Front End Developer is responsible for the production, modification, and maintenance of application user interfaces – mainly a mobile app using React-Native, an externally facing website using ReactJs and the associated APIs written in C# and LINQ.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop solutions using React, Typescript, React Native, C# and Web API.
Produce state of the art applications and systems.
Design and build reusable components.
Update and test existing application functionality.
Bring innovation and creative skills to the company.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Contribute to software UI/UX discussions.
Deliver timely, high-quality output.
Learn and follow department coding standards.
Document changes to the platform.
Assists the Front End Developer II with projects.
Commitment to the Tria Health mission statement, vision statement, values, motto, and employee handbook
Other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Mobile App development and deployment experience (iOS and Android).
Basic knowledge of creating reusable and scalable UI elements and understanding UI component best practices.
Experience with Redux or application state management best practices.
Demonstrates functional experience with responsive design concepts.
Proficient skills with Git version control and Agile Development.
Experience with relational databases, schema design and SQL Server is a plus.
Experience with web analytics, instrumentations and eventing (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.
Release Management (DevOps).
Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of duty.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot programs, code, queries, reports, and devise a course of corrective action.
Highly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask, prioritizes tasks appropriately.
Goes above and beyond to create outstanding product experiences.
Productive without sacrificing quality, maintainability, accessibility, or performance; perform duties at a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to learn new techniques and technologies.
Ability to change gears quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field
1 or more years work experience in front end development.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment where standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and printers are utilized. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
Location: Tria Health is currently located in Overland Park, KS but will be moving to Kansas City, MO (Crossroads neighborhood) in 2023. This is not a remote position, however a hybrid schedule is offered after training.
